The Village of Waxpool includes a large number of common areas that are for the benefit of the community. Recognizing the scenic and natural value of the common area in its present state, the VOW HOA’s goal is to preserve the woodland, wetland and grassland features of the Common Areas. To achieve this goal, changes to the common area need to be reviewed by the Common Area Protection committee.
Some of our common areas are protected as conservation easements and require review by the County before changes are made. If you would like to propose making changes, please use the contact form to contact the CAP

Common Areas within the Village of Waxpool are for the use and enjoyment of the Members of the Village of Waxpool Homeowners Association.
